Product Description

Working Principle：
After being filtered, the dust in the air is absorbed on the high-efficiency filter cartridge and the process of back flushing and self-cleaning is done according to the set time sequence by PLC. When the loss of resistance exceeds **0 Pa, the process of back flushing (the time for back flushing is 0.**0.2 sec) and self-cleaning is controlled by PLC according to the differential pressure sequence. Other high-efficiency filter cartridge will work as normal and the dust is back flushed.

Technical Features：
Self-cleaning air filter consists of four parts: filter component (filter cartridge), pulse self-cleaning system, high pressure back flushing cleaning device and control system. It is suitable to be used in the foggy or nasty rain seasons, open-air ice weather in winter and the desert environment full of dust. Compared with the traditional bag filter, it has stronger self-cleaning effect and the advantages of anti-moisture, anti-freezing and small resistance.
